Valued customers, partners, and integrators:

This is an advanced notice of scheduled server maintenance on our hosted services scheduled for Saturday, August 10, beginning at 8:00pm EST for approximately 15 minutes.

During this time, our Trip Management web APIs will be completely offline.

Customers accessing other web-based products, tools, and services (PC*MILER Web, Content Tools, FleetPortal, MapSure, MapExact, Places API, FleetPortal API) may experience intermittent availability of content creation and editing capabilities. Although performance delays may occur, no downtime is expected.

Any content created prior to this maintenance timeframe will not be impacted. We do not expect any data loss, but recommend that creation of any new content, such as routing profiles, avoid/favors, and custom places, be avoided during the maintenance window
